I drive professionally and this is the most practical eye fatigue solution I have found. It works. But the packaging does not match the quality of the product — the box is too thin and mine arrived looking like it had been sat on. Please use sturdier packaging for something that costs this much.

Recommended the product, not the packaging

I have told multiple colleagues to buy this and they all rate it highly. But I also warn them the packaging may arrive damaged — two out of three of us had dented boxes. The masks were fine inside. The product is excellent, the outer box is not.

Night driving is easier, but the unboxing was not great

The mask works well and after months of use it is still in perfect condition. But when it arrived the outer box was badly damaged — one panel had separated entirely. The gel insert was displaced inside. It was fine after checking but I should not have had to worry about this. Packaging needs urgent improvement.

For a professional medical device sold to drivers who depend on it, the packaging must protect what is inside. One star until this is fixed.
