Product is great, packaging less so

The mask itself works really well — eyes feel much less strained after a coding session. The box arrived with a crushed corner though. Product was fine inside but for a medical device the outer packaging should be more robust.

Good mask, disappointing unboxing

I was excited to try this and the product does not disappoint — the warmth is immediate and the relief lasts well. However the packaging felt flimsy for the price. The box had visible dents from transit. Product is five stars, packaging is two.

Happy with the product, not the box

Eye strain relief is real and consistent. I have recommended this to two colleagues already. The one area to improve is the outer packaging — mine arrived with the sleeve torn. The mask itself was unaffected but as a gift purchase I was a bit let down by the presentation.

Worth buying despite the packaging

The product works and I would buy it again. But the packaging needs a redesign. For a CE-marked medical device, the outer box is not protective enough for shipping. My insert had shifted inside the box. The mask was fine but it could easily have been damaged.

Great product, packaging underwhelms

Does exactly what it promises — heats quickly and the warmth stays consistent. I use it at my desk during lunch. The packaging does not match the premium feel of the product itself. A sturdier box would make this feel like the medical device it is.

The mask arrived in a box that was clearly too thin for postal shipping. One corner had split open and the instruction leaflet was wet. The mask itself appears unaffected but I contacted support and they arranged a replacement. The product is good — the packaging needs serious attention.

Packaging not acceptable for this price

I paid a premium price and expected premium packaging. The outer box arrived completely crushed. I understand it is the product that matters but first impressions count and this was poor. I have since used the mask and it does work well, but I would not buy again until the packaging is improved. Please invest in better protection.
