Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

Hygiene Exception (Important)

Please note: Revivifeye masks are health and hygiene products. For health protection and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal is lost if the hygiene seal on the product packaging has been broken, opened, or tampered with after delivery. We can only accept returns of fully sealed, unused products.

How to Return

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement to support@revivifeye.eu.You must send back the goods to our facility without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us:

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Return Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we made an error with your order.

Refunds

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving proof of return shipment, whichever is earliest.

Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)

Damaged or Defective Products If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
  • We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
  • Return shipping will be covered by us

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company (processing may take time)
  • Contact your bank
  • If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, contact us.
