Never flying without it
Long-haul flights used to leave me with swollen, dry eyes. This mask during the flight and after landing makes a huge difference.

Business travel essential
I fly weekly for work. Cabin air dries my eyes out completely. RevivifEye Travel is now permanently in my carry-on.
Tokyo to London sorted
Tokyo to London is 12 hours. I use this on the second half of the flight and arrive looking and feeling much less wrecked.
Jet lag helper
The cooling therapy helps reset my system after crossing many time zones. Combined with good sleep hygiene it has reduced my jet lag significantly.
Compact and effective
Fits perfectly in my laptop bag. Security-friendly. Does what it says on the box. Very happy with the purchase.
Sydney to LA essential
I dreaded the Pacific crossing because of the eye dryness. This has made the journey genuinely manageable.
Hotel fridge trick works
Pop it in the hotel fridge when you check in, use it before your first meeting. Arrive looking professional every time.
Worth the price
Premium product at a fair price. Has genuinely improved my travel experience on long-haul routes. Would not leave without it.
No more puffy arrival eyes
Used to arrive at every destination with puffy red eyes from the dry air. Not anymore. Simple and effective solution.
Great for frequent flyers
If you fly more than once a month this is a worthwhile investment. My eyes thank me every single time.
Better than eye drops alone
I used to rely on drops every hour on long flights. Now I combine drops with this mask and my eyes are infinitely more comfortable.
Great on the flight, packaging was not great
This doubles as a sleep mask and cold therapy tool on flights — very convenient. The product itself is excellent. The outer packaging however arrived dented with a torn corner. For a travel product this is not ideal. The mask was fine inside but the box should be more robust.
Product is a revelation, packaging less so
My flights are genuinely more comfortable since I started using this. The cold therapy during cabin air exposure is very effective. But the packaging when it arrived was disappointing — the box was creased and the sleeve had partially detached. Not what I expected from a premium medical product.
Transforms how I arrive, packaging needs work
I do transatlantic routes regularly and this has changed how I feel on arrival. Real improvement to eye comfort and appearance. The outer packaging is the one area that needs improving — for a travel product it should be particularly well-protected. Mine arrived with the sleeve torn and a corner crushed.
Premium product, not premium packaging
The gel quality and fit are noticeably better than other travel eye masks I have tried. Worth the investment for the product. The packaging however does not match — the outer box is too thin for transit, mine arrived visibly damaged. The mask was intact but the presentation was poor for the price paid.
Very practical, packaging could be sturdier
I use it in airport lounges and on flights — it addresses the dry air problem better than anything else I have tried. Very practical product. The packaging is the one area I would flag — the outer box is not protective enough and mine arrived with a crushed corner.
Good for long layovers, packaging is not good
This has become part of my airport routine for long layovers. The cold therapy really helps when you have been travelling for many hours. The outer packaging needs a redesign — for a medical product meant for travel it arrived in a box that looked like it had already done a few flights itself.
Essential travel item, packaging is the weak point
This sits alongside my neck pillow and noise-cancelling headphones as a travel non-negotiable. The product is excellent. The packaging is the only weak point — for something you put in a travel bag the outer box is too fragile. It arrived damaged and barely held together.
Product is the answer for travel dry eyes, packaging is not acceptable
I have recommended this to everyone on my team who travels. The product works. But the packaging has been a recurring complaint — out of four orders within our team, three arrived with damaged outer boxes. The masks were fine inside but this level of inconsistency with packaging is not acceptable for a medical product. Please address it.
Great product, terrible packaging for the price
The product concept and execution are both excellent. Easy to use, effective, and genuinely makes long-haul travel better. But the packaging is not good enough. My order arrived with the outer box completely collapsed and the instruction booklet missing. For a product at this price point the packaging should be protective, presentable, and professional. Currently it is none of those things. Packaging improved would make this a five-star purchase.
Before the flight: chill the gel insert in your hotel fridge or request the cabin crew to chill it if possible. On the flight: fit the gel insert into the mask frame, confirm the temperature indicator is in the correct cold range, and wear for 10 to 15 minutes. Use at the start of a long flight, again after several hours if you have access to chilling, and on arrival before disembarking for important meetings or events.
The gel insert qualifies as a medical gel pack under both EU and US aviation security rules. Gel packs for medical use are permitted in hand luggage across EU, UK, and US airports without volume restriction when accompanied by a declaration of medical use. We recommend carrying the product in its original packaging. We provide a travel medical declaration card in the box. If in doubt, declare it at security.
Cabin air humidity typically falls between 10 and 20 percent, far below the 40 to 60 percent that eyes are comfortable in. This causes rapid tear evaporation, leading to dryness, redness, and grittiness. Cold compress therapy reduces inflammation, slows tear evaporation temporarily, and provides direct soothing relief. Many eye care professionals recommend cold compress as the most practical on-flight intervention for dry eyes.
Jet lag manifests partly as fatigue and periorbital swelling. Cold compress therapy reduces the inflammation and puffiness around the eyes that makes jet lag visible and uncomfortable. While it does not alter circadian rhythm adjustment, regular use around the time of landing and in the first days at a new destination can meaningfully reduce the physical appearance and discomfort of jet lag.
Most airlines will refrigerate medical gel packs on request. Inform the cabin crew at the start of the flight. Alternatively, chilling the insert immediately before boarding will keep it cold for approximately 4 to 6 hours in an insulated pouch at cabin temperature.
Yes. RevivifEye is CE-marked as a Class I medical device under EU MDR 2017/745. It is validated for cold compress therapy for ocular fatigue and dry eye discomfort associated with low-humidity environments including aircraft cabins. It is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or prescribed treatment.
Yes. Cold compress therapy reduces periorbital puffiness and vascular congestion that makes post-flight fatigue visible. Using RevivifEye Travel for 10 to 15 minutes before landing, or immediately after arrival, is one of the most effective ways to reduce the visible signs of a long flight before an important meeting or event.
Do not freeze the gel insert. Do not use over broken or inflamed skin around the eyes. Remove contact lenses before use. If you experience pain or visual changes during use, remove immediately. If you have a known eye condition or recent eye surgery, consult your eye care provider before using during air travel.
Cold compress therapy and lubricating eye drops address dry eye discomfort differently and are complementary. Drops provide surface lubrication; cold compress reduces inflammation and provides soothing relief to the periorbital area. For long-haul flights, combining both is more effective than either alone. RevivifEye Travel does not replace drops for contact lens wearers.
