Risk of Loss

For consumer purchases, the risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you (the customer) only when you, or a third party indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

2. PRODUCTS We sell eye gel masks and related wellness products. All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes and we strive for accuracy.

3. PRODUCT USE AND STORAGE

  • Our eye gel masks are designed for use within one year of purchase
  • Masks must be stored at room temperature only
  • Do not store masks in extreme heat, cold, or direct sunlight
  • Do not freeze or refrigerate unless specifically indicated on product packaging
  • Failure to follow storage instructions may affect product quality and performance

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT All prices are listed in EUR and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY We ship to EU and Schengen zone countries from Latvia. Shipping times and costs vary by destination. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in original packaging. Products that have been opened, used, or improperly stored cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Revivifeye EU is not liable for any damages resulting from improper use or storage of products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content on revivifeye.eu, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Revivifeye EU and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
