Instructions to Use

Warm Eye Mask

Step 1:

Place the eye mask in the microwave for 10 sec (or) in hot water for 2 to 5 min.(Do not exceed the recommended time; ideal temperature is 45ºc)

step 2:

Test the temperature on the mask and do the touch test before applying on the eye area.(NOTE: Temperature strip is for orientation only- not a medical thermometer)

Step 3:

Gently place over closed eyes.Relax for 10–15 minutes.

Step 4:

Wipe clean with a damp cloth and store in the protective pouch.

Cool Eye Mask

Step 1:

Place the eye mask in the refrigerator(not freezer) for 30-60 minutes.

step 2:

Test the temperature on the mask and do the touch test before applying on the eye area.(NOTE: Temperature strip is for orientation only- not a medical thermometer)

Step 3:

Gently place over closed eyes.Relax for 10–15 minutes.

Step 4:

Wipe clean with a damp cloth and store in the protective pouch.
