Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Locations

We ship to all countries within the European Union and Schengen zone from our facility in Latvia.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (EU/Schengen):  3-10 business days
  • Express Shipping (EU/Schengen): 2-4 business days (where available)

Delivery Times & EU Commitment
We aim to dispatch all orders promptly. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Under EU consumer law, we commit to delivering your goods within a maximum of 30 days unless a different timeframe was agreed upon. If delivery is delayed beyond 30 days, you have the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. Free shipping may be offered on orders above a specified amount.

Risk of Loss and Issues
Risk of loss passes to you upon physical receipt of the goods. If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at info@revivifeye.com . We will investigate with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate. We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance.

Tracking 
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your package.

Taxes, VAT, and Customs
All prices shown on our website include VAT where applicable. For customers outside the EU (e.g., Norway, Switzerland), the customer is considered the importer of record and is entirely responsible for compliance with local import laws, duties, and customs fees.

Lost or Damaged Packages 

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
